Experience:

• Since 1997, Dave has worked at Highland Commercial as a specialist in analyzing and transacting land, ranch, and commercial properties. In addition to his brokerage work, Dave is the president and founder of Anderson Appraisal Group, a commercial real estate appraising company. As an appraiser, Dave has appraised over $1 billion of all types of land and commercial properties. Dave’s appraisal clients (including developers, lenders, governmental entities (city, state, and federal), law firms, and Fortune 100 financial institutions) have all come to rely on his expertise and accuracy. His appraisal skills merge well with Highland’s property brokerage arm and give him a good feel for emerging real estate values and trends. In over ten years, Dave has transacted over $75 million in commercial property, farms, ranches, and land. Nights and weekends find Dave hunting for bear, trail running, fishing, or doing all of the above with his wife and three kids.
