Experience:
Colson has been with Highland Commercial since 2010. Following the completion of his Masters of Real Estate Development (MRED) at the University of Utah in 2011, Colson spent several years helping clients buy and sell farms, ranches, development land, and traditional income/investment properties. Since then, Colson has principally focused on brokering large commercial real estate loans, sourced primarily through life insurance companies. In that time, Colson has brokered permanent financing in excess of $2,500,000,000 for exceptional clients including Woodbury Corporation, Harmons Grocery, Rockworth Companies, and Garbett Homes. This experience in multiple disciplines has allowed Colson to earn his Real Estate Broker License (Utah), as well as the coveted CCIM designation. In his spare time, Colson enjoys pickleball, golf, trail running, and spending time outdoors with his wife and three children.
