"My 1031 exchange buyers appreciate diligent searching and straightforward advice for deals both on and off the market.  The sellers I work with appreciate an honest assessment of the value of their property and a thorough marketing effort to secure a buyer.”

Experience:
During his 13 years as a real estate agent, Mike has represented clients in buying and selling office, retail, industrial, residential land, commercial land, farm/ranch land, and even a duck club property.  Mike has helped numerous 1031 exchange buyers place money in a timely and wise manner.  These real estate investments have proved to be great sources of income for Mike’s clients.

Among his past clients are farmers, ranchers, land speculators, a commercial builder, an auto dealer, a residential developer, a fencing contractor, a network of therapists, hotel owners, commercial developers, and various other families who own real estate.

Mike feels strongly that all property owners should be aware of what is happening in the current real estate market.  This information has helped Mike’s clients make informed decisions about buying and selling.  Mike has an outgoing personality and enjoys prospecting new clients and keeping current clients updated.

Mike has helped build the Highland Commercial pipeline and database of both qualified buyers and new listings.  In addition to his brokerage activities, Mike was a commercial appraiser for eight years and appraised farms, hotels, gas stations, mountain ranches, residential subdivisions, residential and commercial land, office buildings, and retail properties. When away from the office, Mike can be found playing with his wife and four children, fishing, or competing in beach volleyball tournaments.
